Learning about your natural abilities and becoming more aware of who YOU truly are can set you on a path to career happiness and success!

College Students, do you know what you will be doing after you graduate? ​ Research shows that more than half of all college students change their major at least once and many do so three times or more with the average college student taking six years to complete their undergraduate degree. Approximately 67% of college graduates will end up in a career field unrelated to their college major.

A lot of time, money, and effort is invested into your career development and with all of the available options and so many decisions to be made, there is a lot at stake. Making these decisions armed with the proper information and guidance can save you a lot of heartache.

The Highlands Ability Battery (HAB) is an assessment used to determine your aptitudes. It is the gold standard in aptitude testing and is effective in assessing your natural abilities and strengths.


The MBTI® is a well-known and trusted instrument used to identify personality preferences. The results show you where you prefer to focus your energy, how you take in information and make decisions, and how you deal with the outside world.


One of the most widely used career assessments by colleges and universities in the world, the Strong Interest Inventory® is especially useful in choosing college majors and making good career choices.
