Workshops are a great way for participants to learn about new ideas and they offer practical hands-on experience in a group setting. A great workshop often provides motivation for continued research into topics discussed.
We offer workshops that are designed to deliver career development topics to small groups of students, adults, employers or employees.
Our workshops are primarily geared toward career assessments that help you to learn more about yourself and your personal strengths, and how you can harness those gifts to help you achieve success in career and in life.
We also offer a training workshop that is designed to teach those soft skills that are essential in the workplace. The Workplace Excellence Series was created in collaboration with employers and can be delivered to students or adults who are already in the workplace.

Highlands Ability Battery Aptitude Testing
With a group of eight to ten students or adults we can offer a significant discount that will cover the assessment, group consultation, and discussion.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) & Strong Interest Inventory® (SII®)
We offer workshops that feature either the MBTI or the Strong Interest Inventory or a combination of both assessments for both students and adults.
Career Development For Students
Workshops can offer a wide range of topics important to students and that will encourage further exploration.
CliftonStrengths® & Values In Action (VIA) Assessments
We offer a workshop that includes both the CliftonStrengths® assessment and the VIA, or you can opt for just one of these Strengths assessments.
